Coconut Yogurt

Coconut yogurt

Ingredients:

Meat from 2 fresh or frozen coconuts (preferable defrosted and room temperature)

1 cup coconut water or filtered water

2 probiotic capsules

(Note: you need coco tap tool kit to open the coconut safely and efficiently buy it here

Directions:

Blend coconut and water until thick and creamy

Add contents of the probiotic capsules and blend slowly until thoroughly mixed

Spoon contents into a clean glass bowl and cover tightly

Let sit overnight (12-24 hours) in a warm place either on counter or inside oven (not turned on)

Yogurt should thicken and have sour taste when you open it

Add a little lemon juice, sweetener and fruit as desired
