Coconut water is rich in five key electrolytes: sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus.

Ingredients (makes 4 cups)
Meat from 1-4 coconuts
(depending on how thick you want your milk)
3 cups water
(For creamier consistency add 1.5-2 cups water) sweetener optional
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries 2 tsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
• Put Coconut meat in high powered blender such as the Vitamix • Add Water
• Add Sweetener if desired
• Blend on high for for several minutes
Drink immediately or store in the fridge up to 3-4 days.
Since there are no preservatives or fillers the “Cream” of the coconut milk may separate on the top if stored in the fridge. Shake or stir before using.
