INGREDIENTS

2 CUPS WARM HIBISCUS TEA

3/4 CUP FRESH COCONUT WATER

1/4 CUP ORGANIC TART CHERRY CONCENTRATE

1/4 CUP RAW HONEY

1 TBSP LEMON JUICE 

4 TBSP GELATIN and 2 TBSP COLLAGEN (Combine the two or use 6 Tbsp Collagen/Gelatin by your favorite brand)

Makes Approximately 900 Gummy bears

*For Reference: We used 9 gummy bear silicone candy molds, each mold holds 100 gummy bears

Directions

Brew tea. I combined 2 tsp of organic hibiscus flower-loose with 2 cups of hot water and allowed to steep for approximately 15 minutes in a tea press.

Add hot tea to a saucepan on low and add collagen + gelatin mixture. Stir until completely dissolved. Cool until luke warm before stirring in raw honey, coconut water** and lemon juice.

Pour into silicon candy molds of choice. Refrigerate for a few hours, pop the gummies out of the mold. Store in a glass container in fridge.
